About Us
Allen Healthcare Products (AHP) is an ISO13485:16 accredited medical diagnostic company with its office, R&D and manufacturing operations located in Penang, Malaysia.
AHP is dedicated to the development and manufacturing of lateral flow and
biosensor assay for in vitro diagnostic (IVD) products for the clinical
point of care (POC) testing market, both local and international.
Combining the advantages of automation for large volume manufacturing
with small scale customised batch production, AHP serves both clinical
testing as well as research markets.

Our Products
Under AHP Women’s Health product range, we manufacture test kits and consumables for ovulation (luteinizing hormone), pregnancy (hCG) and human papilloma virus (HPV). Our focus for the reproductive health of our women population includes fertility and early-stage cancer detection. We expect more products to be rolled out post-clinical validation and regulatory approval.
AHP manufactures up to 16 different types of drugs of abuse testing products on various product forms, ranging from single test strip to multi-drug cassettes and urine cups to meet specific needs and requirements of customers.
Under our Infectious Diseases portfolio, AHP manufactures a diverse range of IVDs such as HIV 1 & 2, Syphilis, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Test, HCV, Malaria Pv/Pf, Dengue NS1 and Dengue IgG/IgM tests. Our R&D constantly scan the global incidences of outbreaks to develop and roll out new test kits for safeguarding against the next pandemic or epidemic.

AHP offers end-to-end facilities, from R&D to commercial-scale production, supporting RTK projects through the full development workflow.
Lab to rapid test kit development for field use
For customers who has the need to perform field testing to obtain quick results instead of wasting time in collecting field samples to send to lab for analysis.
Small batch production for clinical trials
For customers who requires an ISO13485-certified facility in full compliance to Quality Management System to produce batches of test kits for their clinical trials.
Technology Transfer & Training
As part of post-COVID response to healthcare security needs of less developed nations, AHP offers Triple-T package to countries that wishes to setup their domestic technical capability and capacity to produce rapid test kits for existing and future diseases screening needs.
